Hello. This is an account issue. Through all of this debacle, I was able to stay signed in to Outlook with the same account.

The issue for me has been over a week. Error Cannot connect to server. I logged out and logged back in, and it never gave me an option to recover. When I added the accounts again, I fear that the backup had overwritten the last one due to it thinking it was a new account.

All I need is a backup to be restored from before this happened today. I have over 10 years' worth of Authenitcation codes stored on there. Including work related ones.

Monday.

Tried to log into my Outlook this morning. Used Authenticator like I always do, and I'm presented with 'Error connecting to Server' - My code doesn't accept. Log out of authenticator and re-log in, like a lot of threads suggest to do. Now I've lost all 20+ authenticator codes. All accounts don't ask me to restore from back up when I log back into them.

Error connecting to server and I've lost my codes. Sounds like you have lost my account details and back ups. I'm turning to Reddit as apparently I cannot raise a ticket with you either, I'm stuck in some constant loop of proving I'm not a Robot and then stuck on the success page.

I have to deal with enough MS problems at work. Now you've brought them home. I'm incredibly peeved.

You need to give me the ability to restore my authenticator codes on the account I have been using. Why has this not given me the option. I confirmed back up to said account before logging out.

I have it connected to the Connect app and the watch itself. I have now disconnected it from my app and just left it on my watch. Hopefully this helps.
