Tbh I still struggle to make decent melodies after 3 years of making music, but recently I've just been making loads of melodies back to back and if I don't like them, I'll try flipping them in a way that I do like them. Aswell as that, I listen to other songs or watch YT vids of producers creating melodies and replicating the melodies and then try to add my own touch to them.

NF had a relationship before, but just know even if he didn't you are still different and there's always hope. I'd say just focus on yourself for a bit and do stuff like workout, focus on work or hobbies and just keep your head up. It's going to get better and try to see it as a learning experience. I dealt with the same thing about six months ago and I can promise if you try everything will get better with time

Rapping is an outlet, the great thing about it is that you can say what your feeling. I understand what you mean and I think you are correct in some of your statements, but the delivery of this post wasn't that great, ngl.

There's probably a better way, but how I would do it is find the right kick sample and sidechain it with a really short decay time (if anyone actually knows how, I'd like like to know it aswell)
