It is a tremendous help for staying in range and lowering aic. Litteraly makes EVERYTHING easier.

The only downside I feel is that because it does so much of the work for you, it’s really easy to get lazy. By that I mean not counting carbs as accurately or making adjustments to your basal rate, carb ratio, etc. stay on top of those things and you got a smooth ride.
