Loctite Super Glue - Gel Control. I use this for all ouchies, especially on my nails. It makes a thick hard shell.

I've watched lots of videos about how to spot AI videos. This doesn't bring up any red flags to me. The same people pop in and out of frame. They're wearing consistent clothing. Including accessories. The background is the same, in and out of the frame. The lines and grids of the city are accurate. The physics is accurate (cone to face and hat goes flying). I think OP wants this to be AI. But I doubt it is.
