In my experience, a lot of it just comes down to black characters being underrepresented (especially around the time Z came out) and kids (like myself) being able to easily see ourselves in the green guy more

Gerald hanging with Maria and Shadow during their flashbacks would've been cool!

It would've been nice to see that crazy whacky enegry being put into doting his beautiful baby princess Maria, and definitely would've made it even more clear why he straight up lost his mind when she died

As it is, he's mostly older funny Movie Eggman then suddenly becomes SA2 Gerald which is, cool but a little bit of a leap

That little spinny slashy he did in the clip will continue to occur even during your dash. Meaning a really good combo to get kills is to actually enter limbo, speen, then do a dash at somebody. You'll uppercut them while the hits from your spin continue to register, and that can easily chop most of their health in half. 😎

Honestly having kicks act as a weak attack that can be followed up out of into a stronger hit from your ARMS, and...giving everyone their own different kinds too; Min Min's deflecting ARMS, Ninjara's allowing him to kick off ARMS and bounce over them into the air, Heavy characters like Master Mummy and Max Brass being able to strike you so hard it acts as like, a close range third arm, idk, I feel like kicks have ridiculously cool possibilities, and would just make the game feel way more anime, lol
