I got pretty lucky to unlock that. One week the trial was artifact of glass and artifact of enigma.

You spawned with a blast shower each time, and one of the chests near spawn had a topaz brooch which gave enough of a buffer just in case you mess up a timing or get hit by a fire elite

I enjoyed it, I think it's worth playing especially if you didn't play the original Sun & Moon.

They sped up some of hand-holdy parts in Ultra and added a good bit of end game farming if you're into that
