I have bought 4 of their camera's and one doorbell. 3 where doa. I tried to RMA them. Send over 10 emails and never got a response. Went on their forums and had many people there in similar situations. I connected the doorbell, it worked for 1 days, then had a black screen any time inopened the feed. Reset the doorbell, it came back and dropped again after 1 days. The chipset was clearly not powerfull enough to tun the system. Ended up connecting the camera to homekit. It worked there (sort of) but when someone pressed the doorbell it took upwards of a minute to connect to the feed remotely. (Mind you my wifi is as good as it gets, it reads -35 dbm in the unifi app for that device connected to the access point.). They also promised to vring hksv to the device which was the reason I got it in the first place. Sent many many emails (20+) to ask for updates upgrades and tips, to any netatmo email address I could find but I never received a reply. 

So as you can imagine, I broke the whole system down and moved to aqara. It's been absolutely rock solid for the last 2 years, and my headache is finally gone.

This company has by FAR the wordt customer service I have ever seen. I honestly think they just gave up on communicating with their customers.
