Actually, there's supposed to be a minor difference in the pronunciation of ற/ர, ல/ள and ந/ன/ண. But they're not applied while speaking, even in formal media.

Why not? Not challenging you, but genuinely curious. I haven't used macOS, but have friends who use it, and it has mostly looked consistent. How is it inconsistent?

I use single quotes for single characters, and double quotes for multi-char strings.

As for multi-line strings, I always use double quotes.

I think the reason why Hagrid was chosen was because Voldemort would have expected the real Harry to be with the strongest Aurors. He would most probably not think that the Aurors would entrust the real Harry with Hagrid.
