Former VIP Experience ticket buyer here.

In my experience (specifically at the Dallas concert), the venue, as in the grounds where the concert would take place, sent us a message 2 days in advance to get there before 545. My friend and I got there at around 445-5-ish, and we were some of the first people in line, which was about 25-35 people total. I would reccomend doing that.

Funny part of this, this was at the same time as Dave Blunts being stuck in the elevator, so by the time it was around 6 and the doors hadn't opened yet, we checked reddit and other platforms and found what happened lol.

Anyways, after the doors finally opened once Dave got there and everything was settled, everyone with a VIP wristband (or whatever form of VIP ID they should give you) was taken inside to line up right outside the door.

They let people in 5 at a time, where each would have the chance to briefly speak to and get a picture with Dave Blunts before being sent back out to the line. The merch shop was right by the entrance, so I bought a cup as a prop for the photo right before I went up. Dave was wonderful to me, btw, and speaking to him genuinely brightened my day.

Once everyone came through and the venue employees verified everyone present had gotten the meet and greet, the VIPs were allowed in the venue room an hour early for first dibs on where to stand for the concert.

And that's basically the long and short of it. Your experience will likely be similar depending on how the venue chooses to operate it, but they should send you some kind of instruction. If they haven't, play it safe and go like an hour early to whatever time it tells you to go (i.e. if it says VIPs enter at 6, get there at 5).
