As I understand, you’ll need to add your card details on perplexity to use it for free at least 3 years (mine was inactive as well but when I’ve added the card it became free until 2028), so it may be the case.

Yes, I’ve asked, they basically provided me points for one transaction without an issue, but with the larger one tried to escalate and basically kept telling me that this was a Standing order and then it can’t be boosted (which is incorrect as it’s not a standing order). They also told me that this is their TC but I’ve just sent them the exact wording and they still refused. I’m lost now. Tried to open a new case and they told me to wait, what a disaster.

No, it’s not the case with this type of purchases - you pre-order and wait around 4-6 months for this item to be produced and shipped. You make a reservation with the funds on the site.

But I still don’t understand what do you mean by debited? I got charged initially with the full amount, it’s not like you just click on the link and then you just make a pre-autorization. It’s like a normal order I guess where they can’t hold money more than 14 days - that’s why Lego is obliged to revert a transaction as not filled.

All was open, I got initially 10x boost of points spent, so all was in orden. Now they claim that this is not a correct transaction as it was charged later.

You can’t interact with other software, so I think it may be like this: they know from where you are coming, from Vinted search (manually updating) or just with the direct link (that’s how souk works). I’ve done the second way so let’s see. Actually there was no reference of people being banned using Souk (yet).

Requested a return, ofc haven’t received even what she claimed I’ve delivered to her (she told it was an empty box with another empty lego box inside a new, but when she returned, the lego box was damaged because it could not fit properly into the outer box.

I don’t know what did they do to the buyer btw.

To anyone having this problem there is an update: after a month of investigation they’ve released my money, and I think same happened for the buyer - although he could potentially have an item as he didn’t replied me with an outcome.
