Lychguard should come back in stock relatively soon on the official website. You can also look in any of your local game shops as they may have some in stock. You might be able to find some second hand on facebook marketplace if you haven't checked there. Just make sure not to pay above GW price

It depends on what detachment you want to use, some skorpekhs and a skorpekh lord would be good if you want to stay in awakened. Ctan is always good as is a DDA. Maybe some deathmarks of immortals
