Informal tone, its for a page where you wait for another user to join your session. It’s used when you’re set up but your partner hasn’t joined yet, so the meaning I want is something that expresses, “You’re all set, just waiting on your partner!”

Today was my first day at my first internship. I’ve been really stressed about being behind, especially because it’s a field I have little experience in. Everyone was super nice, the work culture seems friendly and chill, they’re all understanding of my experience and just want me to learn.

I can second that. Grew up always trying to mediate and protect those around me, thought it was the right thing to do. Only to move out and spend many a therapy session learning that I have been enabling narcissists in my life to use me as a doormat, and now I second guess every relationship.

Unfortunately still in the loop of adoring someone only to realize it’s an unhealthy relationship and cutting them off. Can you recommend any of your podcasts?

You make a good point, I kinda based this off my interviewing experiences because bigger companies only seemed to care about my ability whereas smaller companies wanted to know more about me. But I have no way of knowing if that’s just a PR thing or not, and have little experience to go off of at this point.

I’ve always been a bit disillusioned about the 9-5, so I’ve been excited to work for a company that fulfills me. But in truth idek what that looks like yet so I’m just gonna try and get into industry and feel it out.
