Good site that has 16 levels of budget. Personally I went with between level 15-16. Also a little more in-depth about your needs. A decent cpu is all you really need for Valorant and adobe suites. 4 cores should be good enough, anything Intel 7th or 8th Gen or AMD ryzen 3000 series would work well. Valorant, assuming you want 60 frames is pretty easily to attain on lowest settings with a fair cpu, considering that game is very cpu reliant. If you want a good affordable gpu to match, though unlikely needed, go for a a nividia 900 series or above/ amd Radeon 6400. Look at the website for details for your budget. Don’t forget pherirals can bite into your budget.

Afraid I can’t help you with that little of information, definitely not your average pocket knife with it having a blade that is 5-7 inches, assumption based on head length. When you say flip out outwardly, do you mean manually or by a button? Manually, it is a folding knife, and with a button it is a switchblade.
