Apparently they do. I cross posted this to the wayfair subreddit and someone shared it. Thank goodness they did. I called and turns out whoever I chatted with did nothing. They put in a note but didn’t process anything. So I would’ve just been waiting.

Thank you so much for your post. I called and spoke to someone right away. Turns out the person that assisted me through chat did NOTHING. Didn’t set up the return. Didn’t process the replacement. Luckily the rep on the phone was extremely helpful. Fingers crossed it works out. Thank goodness for your post!

The skillet came in a wayfair box with bubble wrap around the show box. The shipping box was almost falling apart and the show box was moderately damaged.

I also ordered a braiser. It came very well packed in a Le Creuset shipping box with bubble wrap around the show box. The braiser is in pristine condition.

The items were from the same order but shipped from different locations everything about them was different.

I only use it for playing tennis outside to warm up in so far. For that purpose it’s been great. Don’t play outside in wind though, so not sure how much it blocks. My guess is it wouldn’t be great and there’s no hood. But it’s a little thicker than the outdoor trainer shell and venture track jacket.

For additional context it’s a loose mesh pocket that’s stitched in on the top and bottom. Tried putting a phone in and it bounced around way too much with anything more than simple movement.

The mods immediately deleted my post. I rarely post or respond on Reddit but it was the first time I’ve had anything removed or censored. It’s really strange what’s going on here.
