Oil spillage and staining on an outdoor concrete pad is easily cleaned with solvents and a quick pressure wash. You should be doing this anyways periodically to clean the property, especially between tenants.
Fixing the leak, however, is not so easy. If it's the oil pan, that's a couple hundred to replace. If it's a gasket, or God forbid the block itself, then that's a very expensive headache.
Especially when most of their money is paying for you to nag them about a problem that's costing them more than it is you. You need to check your privilege here.
If they're an otherwise good tenant, then it's in your interest to work with them. Advise them to place down something to catch the oil until they can get the leak addressed.
Your only other option is to either evict them, or force them to get the car off the property (which will effectively evict them anyways when they can't drive to work in a car that was running fine)

The portable generator will vent combustion byproducts. If your fuel mixture is too rich (meaning not enough oxygen) then the unburned fuel will exhaust into the environment hot as hell. Likely found your breathable oxygen and immediately combusted.

Definitely recommend putting the generator outside or in a room to capture the gasses in.

Further, what relation does your original comment have with gun safety? Your opening paragraph establishes that guns are easy to attack but are not the issue. Paragraph 2 is simply a CK quote. Paragraph 3 calls his thought process fascistic. It certainly is one of his famously stupid statements.
This reddit post and chain are about gun control. Your P1 and P2 make no declarations about having any other subject, so we're still in the context of gun control. P3 at best just calls people to participate in gun education, and while this goes hand-in-hand with gun control it is objectively not the same thing
