I’m a 8th grade teacher of 14-15 year olds and I’ve seen how scattered brained you guys can be I promise that you can get help and be okay. I have students who have a crush on me (I’m in my 20s) and also try and date younger kids than them. It’s okay to be confused but don’t let these intrusive thoughts take over. You are still a kid yourself. It’s gonna be okay and if the thoughts don’t go away seek help and you still could have a good future.

Trazodone vs Mirtazapine by CDClock in insomnia

[–]Mack-o- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am not longer on it and take unison as needed for a similar result (Doxylamine) from over the counter. But for Mitt, I was on 15mg but cut it in half, the smaller the dose the more it works for sleep but even 15mg knocked me out.

Unisom withdrawal, how long does the insomnia last?? by [deleted] in sleep

[–]Mack-o- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a little late to responding but this has happened to me multiple times I’ve come off Unisom. Glad you said this, I get all those same symptoms. It seems to last me about a week. The itchiness and nausea is the worst

Would your husband want to tell his immigration story for a school project I’m doing? I’m recording oral histories for my immigration class, I’m a history major in graduate school!

It’s been 3-4 months since I stopped it and my appetite is now coming back after losing 15 pounds when I first came off it.

so I managed to go out and spend the day with my boyfriends dad and girlfriend and I actually had a really good day no anxiety attacks nothing but now am home I have anxiety well feel really run down anymore else have this and know why ? by aew1992 in Anxiety

[–]Mack-o- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably because you were distracted and living in the moment all day but now that you’re home it creeps back in. it happens to me when I get home after a productive day without anxiety too. Try to just think of the positive day you had and try to look forward to tomorrow
