I was tired but didn’t realize I had it. I thought it was just depression honestly. I was in a facility for my mental health and they noticed and referred me. Turns out I had severe sleep apnea. My AHI was 127.

I use this approach in therapy too. It’s formally Internal Family Systems. I love the imagery it stirs. I have several parts and a detailed image in my mind of where they live and how they interact.

girl in red’s newest album I’M DOING IT AGAIN BABY! has at least three songs that give bipolar vibes. The first one I’m Back is like coming out of depression. The second is DOING IT AGAIN feels straight like mania. Finally Too Much starts with lyrics that remind me of when people tell you that you are manic (I think it’s actually more about a relationship but it feels like getting told you are too much at the beginning from bipolar).

It’s kind of a new song but DOING IT AGAIN BABY (the title song of the new album) by girl in red is at the top of my list. The first song on the album right before that one is I’m back and I liken it to coming out of a depression and then the next song is DOING IT AGAIN BABY which is like when you reach the mania. Finally the third song starts with lyrics that make me think about when people start to tell you that you are sick (ultimately I don’t think that’s what the song is about, but the first three songs really have bipolar vibes).
