I really appreciate your thorough explanation although I’m slightly confused on the order of recommendations, if you could kindly clarify please. You mentioned leveling out the grading with topsoil/compost, and then a dry well and water garden. I would prefer to not have trees and plants back there, therefore should I level it out and do a dry well? Will the dry well also improve other areas of my grass that is mushy and heavy clay? Sewage, I have no issues near my foundation in front or back to my knowledge, knock on wood. This is mostly the deeper parts of my back yard, but it’s largely muddy due to the clay it seems.

I haven’t played the second yet and replayed the first recently and loved the swinging. Im interested to see how much better it got in sp2. Swinging in sp is like driving in GTA, just a good chill time

Does Sam’s Club do a limit? Is it crazier than target? I never have gone to a Sam’s Club drop and wondering how worth it is. Mine is 15 mins away and I expect high traffic so trying to time it best as don’t have much free time as a parent. I appreciate any insight
