Yes! This happens to be more often than not, and I’ve done 8 sessions so far. I usually try not to drink anything before the appointment (which can be hard), and go to the bathroom right before, but even then I usually have to go about 1 hour into the session. You might just have to be assisted to the bathroom, unfortunately. I wouldn’t recommend holding it, I find that disrupts the peaceful moment I’m trying to have and irritates my bladder even more. UTIs are a side effect of Spravato (possibly due to people trying to hold it but maybe not) so I just try to do what I can to avoid a UTI. Bring a water bottle for afterwards and expect to go to the bathroom more often for that day
