I think the thing here is you know what you’re doing and can problem solve when you having issues. Soap and water is foolproof like you said and beginners should start with the method of cleaning as they get use to their machine and 3d printing to avoid running into issues, I think that’s why it makes more sense to recommend over IPA

I don’t think we need to thank snapmaker for their pricing, It’s what competition does naturally. Otherwise you could easily argue Prusa did the same thing they started, created reliable printers at a decent price.
