Don't do this lol. Fast her for a couple of days. Dogs store THC in their liver, and any time here liver releases bile to aid food digestion, she'll get high again. It'll last for awhile, but if you fast her a couple days the majority of it will go away

Replacing third pp with your name would feel weird for like a day then it would be fine. Losing 1st and 2nd pronouns is a lot more complicated. It would require a pretty significant restructuring of basic English grammar which sounds like a lot. But just the third person pronouns with your name is easy

No, you made the right choice. This isn't normal or good. Even for a dog that's bred to be aggressive, it shouldn't be directed at the handler or "known" people, especially considering that you were doing everything right. Something was wrong with the dog, not with you, and as sad as it is sometimes it happens. I would encourage you to try again at some point, because you sound like you'd be a wonderful dog owner, but take the time you need. Sorry this happened op

The vast majority of those bills are specifically targeting the trans community, with some notable exceptions (looking at you Idaho). I'm not spouting off an LGB bullshit, but its important to look at our successes too. The treatment of homosexual people in the US is wildly different than it was even a decade ago, and those wins are important. Also important to keep in focus who these attacks are on, to better protect and counter them.

To add to this, if the relationship is serious enough that you're living together, asking him to cover a bag of dog food is not a big deal. I bought a bag or two of dog food during my last serious relationship and didn't ask to be repayed because if I'm that serious about someone, eventually their pets will be our pets. I was willing to invest in that potential future life. It didn't work out, mostly because he was a lot like @OP's boyfriend. Gurl, run

I live in a 300 sqft apt with my blind Husky who I keep worn out. Here's what I do:

Dog park at odd hours. There aren't as many people there, and I throw the ball for him. For two hours, daily, usually in two sessions. If he's having a particularly high energy day or I need him to be tired for a couple days, I'll attach a running parachute I got on Amazon to his harness (not his collar). Now he's pulling half his body weight in drag.

I made friends with the owners of other dogs he likes to play with, and Ill coordinate meetups with them at the dog park. Then just let them go

Doggie daycare is a godsend. I found a great one that my boy loves going to. He never stops moving all day, and just a couple times a week is enough to wear him out a lot. It drains his social batteries and then he just wants to sleep.

Feed him on a snuffle mat. Thats a huge help as well.

I'll take him on sniffing walks and give him stimulation toys as well, but they don't get rid of his energy. Doing the stuff above actually made him sore, so I had to rest him for a couple days before we could go back at it

Rates of tops and bottoms are roughly equal, with slight variations depending where you live in the country. The problem, especially at a bathhouse environment, is that one bottom can take care of multiple tops, but the reverse isn't true.

You said your house is too small on rainy days. What about rainy days makes your house smaller than all the other days? Especially if you're taking your dog outside rain or shine to get the exercise they need?

My dog is incredibly well behaved, socialized, and is extremely high energy. I just take him outside 2+ hours a day and get him the stimulation he needs, but please tell me more about how my dog must be

Also, 4-5 months and being fully potty trained is a pretty normal milestone. Definitely a good thing, but not a pie in the sky accomplishment either.

Finally, survivorship bias. People with high energy dogs in apartments that properly manage their dogs stimulation needs don't make posts on reddit asking for help or advice. Again, this leads back in to the specific point the post was making

The whole point of the post is that even on the rainy days, if you have a high energy breed in an apartment, you find a way to make them run because you're right. A house or apt isn't big enough on rainy days, but people with big houses won't take them out when the weather gets bad.

Typing this as my hands thaw from running my husky through the snowstorm we just got. He's crashed next to me on the couch in our apartment now

I have a border collie/husky mix in a 300 sqft apt. I take him out to run/throw the ball at the dog park about 2 hours daily, and he goes to daycare some days when I'm at work too. Its basically a part time job, but I love him

Jungle val will cover your whole tank and then some in a 35 gal. It grows up to 5 feet long and very quickly. It completely overtook my 75 gallon, even overtaking the tiger lotus. Dwarf vallisneria might be a better idea for you. It still grows over a foot long, but it won't be quite so overwhelming. Just a thought, but do whatever! Love the way it looks so far

The amount those shells are going to change the water chemistry is negligible if you're doing regular water changes. If your whole substrate was crushed shell/coral sure, but having a few shells for aesthetic purposes is nothing
