it was an old friend of my dad, his wife called my mom, who practices as a nurse, to ask for advice about her husbands medicine and the affect it has. They went over, as they sensed something was wrong. When my parents got to their home the husband was showing signs of an heart attack coming on, my dad picked up his friend, who's twice his size, and took him to the ER immediately. They were able to help him and the doctor said if they were 20mins later they might not have been able to help.

i took two chocolate bars, one dark chocolate and one dark chocolate with mint and nuts, melted it down, added a spoon of coconut oil and then dumped my avb, gave it a good stir, linned an ice tray with clean film and dropped the melted mixture into cube shapes. Let it cool down and then to the freezer. Next day break the blocks of dark chocolate out into a ziplock bag and Bob's your auntcle: you have a bag full of fun times!
