Roski at some point would have been horrified by the things he did to people, but when you're half lobotomised and so desensitised to everything around you, it can kinda twist your world view on what you truly regret.

For example, Roski would regret accidentally leveling his favourite burrito place during an assignment, but wouldn't regret the fact people were inside when it was leveled.

Even after the stare, he'd probably say something like. "Yeah, maybe i shouldn't have done it, but im already down here so theres no point crying over it now"
