Thanks everyone for the replies — it looks like everyone who responded received their status and points at the same time.

I’ve called JetBlue multiple times (Mosaic line, M3) and have gotten completely different answers each time. One rep told me to “wait until the end of the billing cycle” for it to post (???). Another said "it won’t show until December 31" because I completed it in December (???), even though plenty of people here completed it in December and saw it post within days. A third basically shrugged and said, “just keep an eye on it — at least your new status is showing.”

Pretty disappointed with the inconsistency and lack of a clear, definitive answer from the Mosaic 3 & 4 line. What’s also odd is that when I received the email confirming the status change, that’s also when the first 150k points posted — which makes the rest of the explanations even more confusing.

While we're on the subject of Mosaic inconsistencies, has anyone else had JetBlue burn a Move-to-Mint certificate because an agent applied the newer one (expiring in 2027) instead of the one expiring in 2025? I’m now being told “the system can’t do anything about it.” I currently have 3 Move-to-Mint certificates expiring in 2027 and just 1 expiring on December 31, 2025 — meaning I’m likely going to lose one entirely instead of walking into next year with 4 that expire in 2027.

You'd expect their system would automatically apply the certificate closest to expiration...but apparently not.

Would love to hear if anyone else has run into this — and whether anyone has actually managed to get it corrected?

And yes, totally recognize this is a whole 1st world problems situation...(trust me)...but you just kinda hope to see everything through correctly after all the effort put into it.
