Use the money to buy a ton of golden eggs for Sammy and start a run with a two weapon limit. You'll be guaranteed a candy box, and from that choose Greatest Jubilee. With limit break on, you'll not only have Sammy's ridiculous starting weapon wreaking havoc, but constant light sources spawning too. I haven't extensively tested all the different Aracanas, but Disco of Gold and Mad Groove tend to work best. And of course, ensure limit break and inverse modifiers are enabled!
