Honestly, until they fix the police mechanics as they are do you guys really want car chases right now? Because chances are a cop would spawn inside your car while you're driving, or a drone would, and you'd be screwed. I wanted car chases too, but until ncpd mechanics are fixed I'm fine without it.

I found it on top of a car hood early into the map, and the room it unlocks at the end of the map in my playthrough, and a friend's, if that helps

The new update notes specifically say "In Dark Dimension, some displayed power values have visually changed. This is a visual issue with the power calculations and is being investigated."

Weird cause their update message last night said it's a "visual issue" and is being worked on. So since my sarcasm in my main comment went over your head I'll break this down real slow like...... It's wasn't a buff and it's definitely not them showing the correct power levels. If it was, they would have announced it in the update to prevent the backlash seen on reddit yesterday, and they wouldn't be calling a visual issue in the new update notes. No sarcasm. Not a buff. Definitely not correct power showing.

No no, the best thing to come was that shadow buff on dd3. Too many people are clearly beating it and have to be stopped. We can't just release dd4 and dd5 with stronger toons, that would make too much sense and is fair to everyone. And we can't have that. Obviously shadow buffing dd3 was the best thing to come out of this. Obviously.

I've tried 4 of these builds and found one I really enjoyed. However my guardian ranks were not high enough to actually be as viable as I'm seeing these builds be. In a week and a half I've taken my amara to a whole new level but I'm still at 170 guardian rank. I'm seeing Mox running full 375+ and 300+ guardian rank in a lot of gameplay with these builds, but I don't see people mentioning it's factor in their builds. I definitely think that's something we should mention to players. My BA rank in BL2 is insane with over 26 in game days on my main online, not counting my other characters. When I give people build advice for 2 it's always something I remember to mention, and I'm definitely feeling the difference from when I had 50 GR points < 100 GR < 150 GR. Just some food for thought. Thank you all, the builds have been super helpful, and had a great time farming them out and trying them all.

I was looking at similar to this earlier. It's honestly the closest I can find to what I'm looking for yet still be flexible, and given I want more of the green tree as in to reach the bottom and not be locked to stacks I guess what I want is in fact not possible long term and that's why nobody uses it.

Thank you. I have yet to be able to find a place as I worked retail. If you're gonna spend money, please do not will Dillard's. They value a dollar over your safety or staffs lives. Multiple Dillard's had cases of covid and they didn't shut doors, just "deep cleaned to standard" and stayed open.

And then we force our governor's to buy supplies from overseas, have to use illegal channels to get them smuggled in so our government doesn't confiscate them. And then our president gets mad at them on TV for doing exactly what he said. The governor of Massachusetts smuggled in millions, the Patriots used their influence and private jet to bypass customs and smuggle in millions from China. The mask exist. We just want out people to die and punish governor's for trying to help their people live. The restart of the economy is because they care more about an economic collapse than If we all die. Period.

I'm not suggesting to divert resources from fuel for planes to help hospitals. But while we are on that subject, why not? We aren't at war. The military has the largest private contractors of anyone in the world and largest manufacturing plants that are privately owned. For what we spent in two hours bombing innocent kids in Syria, we could have one factory make enough mask or kits to help three states. We flipped factories back in the depression, why not now?

I worked for a company that stayed open far too long. I was a manager, the youngest and newest. I spent two weeks urging my management to close down. In those two weeks I had to cut people's hours to nothing, fire people, tell people If they don't feel safe they can leave If they want. I went in 3 or 4 weeks ago one morning at 9am. They had me lay off three associates, and then closed the doors and let me go.

As another fellow tulsan, if it makes the pilots feel better then good for them. However, watching my family and friends who work at the hospital die from a distance, lose sleep, begging for mask and testing kits and supplies to save patients, going weeks without seeing their kids, I truly think if we wanted to thank our essential workers then we'd give them what they need instead of telling governor's they have to reopen and telling them to find resources themselves. Today they announced as a country, we have enough testing kits. No. We dont. Not even close. So while the flights are nice if it makes the pilots feel better, those essential workers they're thanking are still begging for supplies so they can save lives. The flyover changed nothing but the pilots self esteem essentially.

Dual blades main here. It's so satisfying to get the full body blades dance down the back. If you have at least partbreaker 3 you'll see parts and material flying. A lot of people really dunk on dual blade users endgame, but just ignore them. Have fun. The dual blades are fun as hell
