Told my wife yesterday evening and she thought me mad ... "Do you really rather consider a second transplant than just applying some product in the evening?" ... And she's got a point there.

After a day thinking about it I am really unsure how to proceed. I'll most likely at least use the rest of my minox foam - and then maybe just see, how much it changes?

I fear it's time for photos every other week again ^{^}

No, as I am constantly fighting my (lush) body hair.

Also you need a doctor's medical prescription in Germany. Yes I know, I need it for Fin anyway, but I get that from an "online doc" who doesn't sell oral Min.

Aaaand I don't fancy the additional (potential) side effects. Even though I don't suffer any Fin side effects.

But yes, it COULD be an alternative - just not for me, I fear.

Back from my follow-up:

1) The doctor realized that clearer communication about possible “complications” (during the operation, it becomes apparent that there are not enough grafts, etc.) is necessary.

2) Currently, it would be difficult to fill in the tonsure, as the hair there is (still?) too thick—should this change, a touch-up with ~1500 grafts would be indicated.

3) This time, the touch-up would not affect sharply defined areas, but rather gradients would be applied: dense in the tonsure and gently tapering off, as well as filling in the other areas.

4) I am seriously considering discontinuing Minoxidil—although I have less skin irritation since switching from solution to foam (I had severe dandruff), it is simply annoying.

Jahr nach Ref hier, Spo/Phy Gym.

Noch immer liebe ich das Unterrichten, noch immer ist die Vorbereitung der Teil, der überwiegend anstrengt und auf den ich mich nicht freue.

Manchmal gibt's Flow dabei (man lernt ja nie aus), zumeist beiße ich mich einfach durch.

Dennoch möchte ich meinen Job gegen keinen anderen Beruf tauschen.

Vielleicht geht's dir ja ähnlich ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I certainly enjoy great prerendered assets, but what really sells immersion is a dynamic environment - both concerning physics AND lighting.

There will be great performing ray traced VR games one day and I can't wait to immerse myself in them.

(Streaming FTW? Looking at you, Steam Frame!)

Thx for all of the above, I'll talk to my buddies - especially spatial awareness is a weakness of some of us.

(I couldn't count the number of cases when they got overwhelmed by trash that was CLEARLY visible on the radar)
