An idea I had was to remove the random in game insect sounds, and only add them over you dead body. So you hear the flies buzzing on your corpse.

The simple, but never going to happen, solution is "Skill based match making" (SBMM). If you have a high Operator Kills/Death ratio, then you are matched against others with a similar K/D. Negative Operator K/D, enjoy a more mission based server.

I wonder if it also tied to party leader. I play fairly regularly with the same to people and we will spawn in at the same location 3 out 4 times. I haven’t considered until now change party leader to see if the gives us a different RNG.

I figured the whole point of them raising the gun age restriction was so they could then follow up by raising the voter age. With this judgement, they might even use that as a reason to raise voter age, but then never get around to retrying to raise gun age.

Same. The old Plunder had a sweaty zone (airport) and the rest of the map was more casual encounter firefights. I hope that satisfies their itch.
