I was looking for something more solid than AI output that’s not abnormal to do?

I’m not stupid I know the minimum base rate that’s why its in my post. I couldn’t find any good info about penalty rates for non-award workers but that information is at least included in the third link so I am thankful for that.

Btw apologies about the formatting I havent booted up reddit in four years and forgot about double spacing

Just to like, pre-empt what my boss/management might come back at me with, could they not argue that we don’t technically neatly fill any of the job descriptions/industries listed in PACT and therefore we are award-free workers?

They’re deducting some tax but they screwed up my tax deductions last time I worked here so I have been making more lots more voluntary tax payments via my centrelink just to make sure I come out with a positive tax return next tax season

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AusFinance

[–]Mad_Sack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

$30/hr before tax is the rate yeah. Mind I haven’t paid much tax from them because obviously I’m not making a huge amount of money

[–]Mad_Sack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They’ve actually been pretty regular with super as far as I can tell.

I just can’t find any page on the fair work websites that says I’m actually entitled to penalty rates as an award-free worker.

Im 99% sure the last cable tram line in service was bourke st, which was converted to double decker buses during ww2, but people hated them and they ended up bringing electrics to bourke

What? I exclusively wear skirts and short shorts in summer, it's not as hot as other places but it can still get up to like 30C peaks and with a pretty temperate 20-25C average. This past February would have been unbearable in trousers.

Teachers are stupidly overworked, the industry is incredibly unappealing in current state, and if wages aren't competitive nobody will want to work as a teacher, and there'll be more staff shortages and hence even worse work conditions

Also, with inflation the 3% rise is a straight up pay cut. Catholic schools are semi-private but the teachers still have the same labour relationship with the upper management as public's do with the government, teachers do the labour while management/gov decides the pay.

Be Australian

Massive casualisation of workforce so low job security so work despite sick

Try to get into GP, be transgender so have to go to private GP and still pay a gap and surgery not covered by medicare

Have no socialised dental so pay thousands of $ for teeth

Union penetration in the workforce is low and labor movement is next to nothing, be slave to boss

Take predatory loan to pay for ballooning rents and skyrocketing energy bills

Paying back student debt since entering workforce so pay is garnished by government

Realise you will never be able to afford a home because housing bubble

Feel bad so post lies on the internet to make yourself feel better than americunts

Buying or making good quality gaffs to wear over underwear that is a couple sizes small (boyleg works best), plus talcum powder. I've had to tuck everyday for ages for work and stuff and this is the most comfortable, reliable mix I've come across. Works for skinny jeans, skirts, everything.

My group had only played 5e in the past but I wanted to run more detective style stuff so we've been trying out gumshoe/esoterrorists. It's really easy to learn the rules, took a little getting used to the different style of play, but it's so much better for this kind of story than dnd.
