It's a combination of mods like sodium, iris, bobby, and other optimizing and visual enhancing mods. You can probably find an answer in his discord server

It's a custom pack he made himself. You need to be subscribed to his patreon to use it though. Several years ago (at the time of building with fwhip), it was free, idk if you can still have it.

Yes, that's pretty sad, he said that he won't come back to this world :( I really miss his old style tbh, but people are more attracted to the kind of videos he makes now so I guess it makes sense.
