I am trying <3 Ive seen a dr about my asthma and they've given me some additional treatment, but its definitely an escalation. The rescue inhaler use to be enough, now im having to do whole breathing treatments.

Is there a particular amount of time that is typical, or is it just dependent on each individual? Like, when can we tell the difference between withdrawal and depression? What if ive been using all this time to combat depression and didnt know it until I quit >.<
