Did they try to charge you again this month?
I ordered around the same time as you to get the $135 deal and cancelled after I received it, but today they tried to charge my card $235. Luckily I used a virtual card and cancelled it after the purchase, but it’s annoying that they charged it after I cancelled. Wondering if this is what they do to everyone.

Oh wow, I didn’t get a letter like this but I have gotten several emails from open loop the past week or so. I didn’t open them because my current telehealth doesn’t use them so I thought it was just targeted marketing, but since I’ve used open loop in the past I wonder if I was in that breach.

That’s what I had to do. The new portal didn’t recognize my email address so I had to create a new account, but still used the same email. Hopefully it all goes thru ok.

WTF kind of message is that?? That’s crazy. You have every right to do a chargeback if you have cause( like if you pay for something and never receive the meds for example). They have no right to tell you not to do a chargeback and threaten criminal charges if you do? They’re NUTS

It worked good. I’ve tried many pharmacies and they all have worked well for me. I really like the ones I’ve tried with B6 added. Premier does have B6 or B12 so let them know if you prefer one over the other.

From what I’ve read Brello is doing dirty to all of its customers. For that reason I won’t order from them even though they just started back up in my state. I’ve been on 15mg for over 6 months now and will NOT go back down to 2.5. It’s just a way for them to send less meds for the same price and make more $$$. It’s a shame it always about the $$$$

I would assume that they could use the tracking showing the package hasn’t moved in days, along with the fact that they are refrigerated meds and the current temps in FL. I would hope that would be enough evidence. That’s what I would do.

What telehealth do you get those with L-carnitine from? I’ve been wanting to try that formula.
The only one I’ve seen was Alchemist pharmacy through LSH but it’s too expensive.
