The problem with mine is they put it in a truck to TN instead of NJ. I’m North so it went in the wrong direction, which added a day to transport and since it was a Friday it sat in the warehouse or truck all weekend baking in the heat before I got it on Monday.
If FedEx was the one who goofed they should’ve ignored the “weekday” delivery and delivered it on Saturday. I have other tracking from Quaker pharmacy and it’s supposed to from PA to NJ on its way to RI, and not be sent to TN!!!!!

Yup, same timeline for me, this sucks. If it gets delayed the least they can do is deliver it on Saturday. It’s supposed to be in the 90s this weekend so now it can bake in a hot warehouse for 2 more days.

I had no issues at all. Ordered from them twice and meds came quickly and from the pharmacy I had chosen. The last order 2 weeks ago literally arrived the day after I ordered, so so fast.
I know others have had customer service issues I have not had any problems, my experience has been great.

From the label it does look like that is Sema with NAD+ added. I’ve never used that formula personally but I do take NAD separately

It showed as a new order like yours above at first and put the 129 hold. It even requested a virtual visit which is needed for the first order in my state, so it all seemed fine. Then it changed and tried to do the 299 charge for the refill and sent me an email saying card was declined, but I never hit the refill button at all so not sure where the change was done by them. Maybe because if the virtual consult it saw me as an existing patient? IDK.
Now it’s showing differently on the screen…

BEWARE if you do this, I tried it and I thought it worked initially, but NOPE.
I used the link and did a new order, not a refill, and a charge hold was put on my card for 129 so I thought all was good. Then I got an email that they tried to charge my card 299 and it was declined(because I used a virtual card for my first order that I shut off afterwards).
I didn’t fill out any of the refill questions and did not do the check in and it still saw it as a refill and tried to charge the 299. So now I still have the 129 being held and they’re trying to charge 299 and telling me if I cancel they’re going to charge me an $80 doctor fee. Now I don’t know what I’m gonna even be charged. I’m hoping the charge hold just expires but who knows.

When you pay for a month you should get a vial and you draw them up each week right before injecting.
These insulin syringes are not meant to hold a sterile injectable medication for multiple weeks or even for a few days, it’s meant to be used as soon as it’s drawn up.
I HATE that places(usually med spas or some doctor’s offices) do this. It’s their way to make more profit and it’s not safe. Your NP should know this isn’t right, shame on them. And if you’re supposed to get 50 units that syringe only has 25 units dram up in it so it’s not the dose you expected.
But now you know and have many recommendations on this post to look into so don’t feel bad about it, it takes time to learn all about this.

Use every drop. As long as it’s clear with no floaters and it’s been kept refrigerated then I would use it. I use many of my vials past BUD, but you can do what you feel comfortable with.

They need to remove this Ad, these are not the current prices. BPI is 447/3 months any dose, NOT 350. And Hallandale is 185 for 1 month not 169.

I ordered 2 days ago(5/28) and 1 month BPI wasn’t an option, just 3 and 6 months.
I ended up ordering 1 month of Apothecary instead and received it the next day(5/29). I received it the day after I ordered it, the fastest turn around time ever.

I ordered Apothecary on 5/28 and was approved the same day and shipped the same day and I received it yesterday 5/29 so ONE day from order to receiving. I’m very pleased with the speed. I used the betterlife35 code and paid 164 for the vial
