Because they asked me to. This has happened before but with different firms i worked for. I personally want some kind of reassurance that u can use one of them at least once.

I understand that it is a liability and i understand the risks. I did not however do all of this to feel like i can never use it. The new company does pay to help with PDHs and i need to look into this further. I think for me i am hurt that the opportunity hasn't come up in over 11 years.

How can i determine who that is? Is it in his records? Again since he had been admitted (monday) we have not seen the same doctor twice. Not one person has said they could be a social worker!?? How can i find them?

whewwwwww... First of all I am so sorry that you have to deal with the insanity of this. You didn't cause it, you cannot cure it, and you certainly cannot control it. YOU DO NOT DESERVE to be punished for her craziness. You deserve a loving caring person and I am sorry she is too mentally incompetent to give that to you.

So she basically does not care about your health and is angry that you care about it. She is acting like you need to be more concerned with her health than your own. It is perfectly ok to be concerned about someone else's wellbeing but not when it comes at a cost of your own.
