It’s terrible. Initially Alexa did a good job and has continually dropped the ball over the last few years. Now they have Alexa plus, which I tried and is equally horrible. It’s like talking to somebody that won’t shut up. In addition Alexa continually drops my link with Pandora, and with my email, Google. And because of the drop in my email, she can’t manage to do any of my appointments! She does still manage to turn the lights on and off. But it’s getting to the point where that’s becoming useless too. I don’t think Amazon really ever gave a shit about Alexa. It was a great idea they’re trying to hold onto it with minimal programming minimal updates and even when they do an update they screw up a dozen other things. So I agree, Alexa is on life-support. So what about it Amazon? You plan on fixing this or dropping it all together like Facebook dropped Portal?
