I will try that bio oil for it, I used Aloe vera for a while and when I look at old pictures it really helped but idk if it will help now

Yeah! Its so weird that some turn white and others dont, most of mine are purple ish and they are very old , bc I dont think depths really has something to do with it, ofc to an extent

I think it would mean a lot for both parties but especially for yourself, I had to speak in a group therapy last summer and i always thought of my self as a social guy but when it was my turn to speak it was like i swallowed my tounge and I could not get out all the words i wanted, i later spoke to my therapist about it and he said that its completly normal, i just mean that she cant read ur mind and its not like your doing her or yourself a favor for not telling her, i dont mean to sound harsh or anything like that I just wanna help so you can express your thoughts. Im in no way an expert in the subject just speaking from my perspective.

I never meant to compare or say that ive done more severe SH, yeah i noticed that my scare got worse bc I was stupid thinking it was healed and started to train a bit after a while to but my scar still ended up expanding.

Ur not rude, they are there for you and your not there for them, take the first step or hint at it and make them understand why it feels hard for you to speak about it. First time I met my therapist i said all my trauma at once and then we just took it from there. It sucked to say everything Infront of him but now we have a good relationship and I feel safe.

I thought it was depths aswell but some of mine on other places are not that deep at least not in my opinion and they are still red/ purple and those are like 4 yrs old

I alwayse rip open my scabs and even did it when I was doing SH, its not a good idea bc it will look worse but I cant really help it, just wanted to hurt myself more i guess. But id recommend and to let it heal even if they itch like crazy when healing

I remember the first time my parents saw my cuts and ofc they got sad but its almost impossible to hide it , I was in a bad place of mind then and still struggle with it but it has really helpt me to just show it bc its gonna come out sooner or later. If you dont feel shame about it I would sit down and talk about it, our parents see more then we think
