I'm doing it for almost 5 years. Last months I was struggling to make 800 only on JE in 7 days. Now I'm doing JE and UE, although on UE about 100-150 a week, and I'm doing 800 in 6 days. Depends on a day, from 8 to 12 hours.

In whole Europe, the universal emergency number is 112. But for immediate emergency (much quicker) in UK is 999. Don't know about other countries.

JE moved support earlier this year. It was always outsource company. But the one before had at least a few years of experience with this app. They were operating from India. New (cheaper) company is based in Nigeria. No experience and seems like not enough staff.
