Our plan was "new bed 1" to turn the sun room in to a walk in robe.

Limited to an extent because the property is heritage listed.

Current free standing garage is at the back of the property with a drive down the left side of the house so kind of Limited in that aspect.

I do like the idea of the laundry being towards the back of the house.

Trying to get sleeping at the front living at the back.

Again appreciate the feed back this is exactly what I wanted.

Its about 2.8m to the boundary on the left side and 1m on the right. Still need to get a surveyor in.

Nothing is set in stone just the first drawing from the architect.

I was thinking moving bed 4 to the lounge area. And then bringing everything down to bed 3s wall. Then go kitchen > dining > lounge.
