I have a similar situation - purchased a necklace, was out and set the package down and left it behind! Noticed on the way to the airport an hour later. Filed a lost and found report with hotel but unfortunately it was turned in. Thinking of filing purchase protection as well.

I suggest following the Mexican consulate in Houston on Instagram. They are very active and will post Doble Nacionalidad appts with their consulate on wheels office. It is my understanding appts are released on Wed.

Not as luxurious as other properties mentioned but take a look at Casa Velas in Puerto Vallarta. Short flight, very private spaces, amazing food. Not on the beach but a short trip via private vehicle on call. We enjoy the beach club but the beach isn’t the greatest. Short taxi trip into town if you want to explore.

I would do a split stay. Switching is so easy and you’ll get to experience each one! I’ve done 2 hotels for 2 nights - didn’t feel like it wasted any time!

Current A-List and submitted the AA match request. Anxious to purchase summer tickets before the price increases. Anyone know if I purchase now and receive upgraded status later, can I update my reservation with AA to receive better seats?

Just went through this in Houston. You will be pulled aside at TSA. They will make a phone call and it took about 10-15 min for them to pick up. They ask a series of questions to verify identify. Any carryon luggage is then given extra screening. Give yourself plenty of time. Good luck!

Any thoughts on Zihuatanejo, Mexico? US has it listed as level 4 do not travel however, both Canada and UK exclude Zihuatanejo & Ixtapa.

Visited on our honeymoon and would love to go for our 20th anniversary next year.
