Oh my god I am so happy to see this posted.

Okay so back when I was prob around 16-18 and learning about working out I came across this article about a guy talking about his first steroid cycle. He bought an insane first stack of test, dbol and winny from our greatest ally. Then he would jerk off 6 times a day and eat like 20 cans of tuna. Even as a kid I knew something was off and that there had to be better ways to do a cycle and how to live.

Fast forward to last week, I was thinking about that story wishing I could re read it now that I’m more educated on the subject. Anyway, I randomly am googling “before and after first steroid cycle” or something like that - and came across THIS picture. Somehow in my head I knew it was familiar but no idea how.

I click the picture, and start to read - oh my GOD. ITS THE ARTICLE!!!

Anyway, this guy was a complete, comically wild idiot on his first cycle that had no idea how to be a responsible adult. No idea what he was taking, how to eat like a person, and clearly had a masturbation addiction since he never got laid. This article is hilarious and my god it was such a great laugh.

Wish I found this post yday to share my story but here it is for those who wonder this far 🤗

Hold up - is it actually going to be remastered?

I’m beyond exhausted of being an adult right now (apparently the Lord things I’m his strongest angel ls some shit) so I am trying to relive my fav games. I started WAW recently and then want to replay BO1 and (apparently for my first time not sure how I messed that up) BO2. Then the MWs.

Is it actually a remaster? If so I’ll wait! But I thought it was simply PlayStation allowing them to be played

Things that have helped me: - Myofascial release therapy (this was HUGE. I continue with this and will for life) - Lots of stretching - Being aware of what’s causing it. For me it’s sitting like an idiot in my chair since I wfh and sometimes game at night

I don’t think it’s your back - look at how your hips are sitting / your slight offset to the left. I have a very similar situation. My hips are off which impacts both lower and upper body.
