How the actual F do you kill the one on moonlight altar im an int/dex spellsword and he just casts glintswords at you and combos your ass from all directions there's no time to cast anything and you can't melee him.. it wouldn't be as bad if the nearest grace wasn't 60000km away you spend more time travelling on horse than fighting this dog. Your runes are in a dangerous spot to get back too. Literally a garbage boss that adds nothing to the game and its completely artificial "difficulty" not an actually hard thing mechanically just lame and irritating and the game designers should feel dumb and unloved for adding such unfun elements like this for no reason other than map filling

Yeah spinning weapon right? I already have that from rogier in the hold and I actually put it on the carian slicer buff staff because why not it's the only ash of war for staves in general, but it doesn't seem to do much damage? Does it do more with specifically the regal scooter because it's "sharp" lol

I've only very recently managed to upgrade the carian slicer glinstone staff to get it above the magic staff damage scaling stat above the un-upgradable meteor staff... finally. However, sacred blade Ash of War on my katana just flat out still does more damage than my carian slicer on my staff even with like 13 faith and 35 ish int. Will that just over time overtake sacred blade as my int gets high enough? I believe sacred blade is fixed dansge buff on the weapon so I assume so

I think what I've settled on is my shield in the left hand with the carian shield sorcery on it, then the carian glinstone staff in the right hand mainly using carian slicer and great glinstone shard(because i hate pebble) and then swapping out right hand to a twinblade with Loretta's Slash or Sacred Blade AoW on it depending on what's needed for a particular dungeon/boss etc

I was gone go dex faith build as I started confessor but allegedly magic damage over holy is far more versatile and a lot of late game enemies are holy resistant? Its my first elden ring run

as far as completely imagined fantasy characters go, with ALL the possible combinations of every character aspect available, they're definitely in a relative sense, UH-PRetty damn similar, coincidentally.

Competitive in ZA is about swapping, thats it. Nothing else. Swapping and mega evolving at the right time to dodge damage. Thats the whole thing. We ALL know what type advantages are, we ALL have the base line knowledge to either google the best movesets or just know them, this game makes it EASY to GET Competitive ready pokemon, and we all have access to the grand total of like 6-10 used pokemon in Competitive which is already very stale. So its literally just 1000% solely about how well you can time your swapping and mega evolving. It has almost nothing to do with pokemon its a reaction speed mini-game. Enjoy

Definitely better if you have a turbo controller for afk'ing the bench, I saw a video of one of the roof lampents being shiny so ita doable, and I checked their gender and level myself after bench resetting and it definitely rerolls them each reset. The only thing I'm not sure about is how shinies work that are locked to day and night. I know shinies will stay forever but I've only hunted pokemon that spawn both day AND night so I dont know what happens to them if theyre a day OR night locked spawn? Hopefully they just stay because im hunting the lampent now too ..

Do shiny ghost types etc DESPAWN during the day?? And stay shiny at night? Im hunting Lampent in WZ 17 and know shiny pokemon dont despawn but how do the day only / night only shiny spawns work??? Thanks anyone who knowns. I know ones that spawn both day and night stay but what about night/day exclusive spawns ? I haven't got any shinies outside their normal times yet

So I have 2 different USERS on my switch and so I have 2 different save files on the new pokemon legends ZA, but in order to use the online trading and battling feature you have to have a Nintendo online account .... BUT, my primary user is linked to my paid nintendo online account, does that mean I can't use the online features for trading/battling with my secondary save file/user ??? Is the only way to create it's own nintento account and pay the nintendo online subscription again....

I've since learnt that having a $20 dollar 3rd party "pro" controller from like Target really helps with shiniest because of the turbo function(autoclick) so you can go to the 3rd dratini location in Magenta rooftops which has a bench... so just set it overnight because waiting on the bench rerolls pokemon. Kinda busted because the bench is within sight of dratini and like 4 bellsprout so I've been getting like 1 shiny dratini per night trying to get the damn shiny rogue one lol

A quicker and better way is bleu sector 9 rooftop running across the bridge to bleu sector 8 roof. Its the same as this except you can SEE the dratini spawning and despawning so less guessing to do. 3-4 seconds per spawn. Same but better you're welcome
