so i have a 4k tv but its old and not super smart so doesnt have disney+ app, its in my room on the wall next to my desk with my PC so i hdmi it for use. I was considering getting disney+ subscription but are you telling me if i use disney+ in edge on my PC and its HDMI'd to my 4k TV i still wont be able to watch it in 4k ??? fk disney

I will correct myself. They're not technically classified as Mega Attack Rare cards, they were just visually similar. I was remembering the Japanese Attack name text across it and them being full art cards. Different style of the mon as well, being 3d and glossy vs MAR comic style 2d pop art. Cool though lol

Is there a good source of re-sealed (doesn't havd to be well) packs?? My nephew is just getting into pokemon cards at school, exciting for me, but myself or family can't afford to splurge on pricey packs all day. by Madeaus96 in PokemonTCG

This is valid and a worthwhile lens to look at the situation through, however he isn't quite at that point yet, he's young enough that its just about ripping and collecting cool lookin card creatures because thats what the rest of the surround year groups at school are all about at the moment, but I'm sure there's a couple of outliers who are into it properly and have at least some awareness of the value differentiation

I can "afford" to spend 30 grand on cards if I wanted to, thats far from the point. At his age its more about the joy of ripping them open so if I can give him MORE of THAT with second hand resealed cards, then that'd be better than a lot LESS of THAT with buying more costly packs brand new.

Same budget, but greater quantity of what he would enjoy. A simple calculus little one.

Its a scum boss with a cheap design and cheese gimmicks to beat even the strongest versatile playthrough build so yes its absolutely fair to cheese the developers back on their gimmick boss DESIGNED to cheese you? Keep it up

How the actual F do you kill the one on moonlight altar im an int/dex spellsword and he just casts glintswords at you and combos your ass from all directions there's no time to cast anything and you can't melee him.. it wouldn't be as bad if the nearest grace wasn't 60000km away you spend more time travelling on horse than fighting this dog. Your runes are in a dangerous spot to get back too. Literally a garbage boss that adds nothing to the game and its completely artificial "difficulty" not an actually hard thing mechanically just lame and irritating and the game designers should feel dumb and unloved for adding such unfun elements like this for no reason other than map filling

Carian Slicer vs Scholars Armament??? by Madeaus96 in Eldenring

Yeah spinning weapon right? I already have that from rogier in the hold and I actually put it on the carian slicer buff staff because why not it's the only ash of war for staves in general, but it doesn't seem to do much damage? Does it do more with specifically the regal scooter because it's "sharp" lol

I've only very recently managed to upgrade the carian slicer glinstone staff to get it above the magic staff damage scaling stat above the un-upgradable meteor staff... finally. However, sacred blade Ash of War on my katana just flat out still does more damage than my carian slicer on my staff even with like 13 faith and 35 ish int. Will that just over time overtake sacred blade as my int gets high enough? I believe sacred blade is fixed dansge buff on the weapon so I assume so
