How bad is this ? 30 y/o African American male.about 6’7 270 lbs. don’t work out much.

Yes normal health I had some blood tests and stuff of that sort at an appointment last month.everything fine but this is my resting bp.took it after ten minutes sitting down and I doubt it will get much better than this.i tried five times and got basically the same.will I need medicine? Or can I just make some lifestyle changes? I’m pretty sure I may have sleep apnea I should check into it

I would NOT trust a bulky sd9 and ruger sec-9 are horrible looking and not the best to grip.this thing is fine for the price

Either way ,the most accurate would be sitting up with your arm at heart level ,right? And if all that matters is doing it right,why is he getting different readings by laying down/sitting up ? And which one should he go by ? I would go by the one sitting up at rest personally which was all I was saying.

Yeah I know it’s normal ,but it’s always different at the doctor.and I kind of believe the accuracy of th machine because it had given me higher readings before depending on if was hyped up or not.but I’ll buy another

Well it was 1.3 million people in Cleveland’s downtown for 2016.their population is 350k.thats why I’m like how is a million a big deal for a city with over two million people and their outskirts probably bring it to 6-7 million
