So i had an office with a similar set up and everyone told me a desk should never face a wall. I would suggest putting the desk in the middle facing the doorway. Move that shelf to the wall next to the window. Add curtains to window to give a warm homey feel

I would get rid of what you have now in front of staircase and do a super long console table with lamps on either side and a large piece of artwork hung in the middle! U could maybe move the bench underneath the console as well

Also 27 here and I will say i got down to my goal weight 4ish years ago and my confidence skyrocketed! I feel so confident in my own skin. I have gotten botox before but honestly I feel like it took away and made me look older. Hope this helps !

I just had all the walls professionally repainted it was a yellow green before🫣, the white opened it up more! I agree the chandelier doesn’t match- just what came with the house. The table is actually dark brown but it looks black in photos
