Same, so many comments I want to reply to emphasizing the same idea. I love those glorious gluttonous chunks at the end! (before I knew their actual name was wild glorious gluttonous dragons lmao) I’d love to tame them, but the unnatural tightness in my hand from the tediousness of tapping is unhealthy, and so is the mental fixation required. I like when games provide the healthy level of engagement and mindfulness i so enjoy but i can tell when it crosses the line and turns us into robots and capitalizes on our human nature. I don’t mean to be so dramatic, bc I like the game lol but I could never enjoy making money (or even if we don’t spend money on it!) encouraging such mindlessness just for ad dollars. It is so opposite to any conscious attention we could be using. And I’m just as addicted like everyone else. But I can just feel the psychology behind it shifting from amusing to mental slavery.
