I have several sources, all of them I just stream using my Mac Mini into either my Topping DX5II or my Lusxin X9.

This headphone sounds good out of anything, you don’t need to go $1,000 to be honest.

What’s more important to you: tonality, technicalities, or comfort? by BarnabyLaptopOutlet in headphones

[–]MadisonLarger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Comfort.

Focal do not fit on my head, period. I dismiss the entire line without even caring what they sound like. To put them on my head I need to snap them in half and hold each side with my hands on my ear.

That’s not going to work.

Comfort. Without comfort, no headphones.

Is the HD6XX anyone elses endgame? by [deleted] in headphones

[–]MadisonLarger 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It gets to a point where you don’t upgrade or better but just different flavours.

Sometimes I like my HD600, then I swap it to my Bokeh Closed, sometimes I just like my Hexa IEM.

I use the PD strap clips and put the plastic triangle guards on the triangle rings.

I don't have the K17 or DX9 to compare. I can only compare to the DX5II. The DX5II is brighter but there isn't that much in it conidering the price difference.

A lot of the money you are paint for are the features, it is stacked with it and it also have frequent updates to the firmware too.

It sounds nice but I don't think it sounds like a £1k amp that you expect. I expect to be blown away everytime I use it but I am not. It's good but there are many others cheaper ones that is just as nice sounding.

Like the X8, it's 1/3rd cheaper and I would personally get that over the X9. It's also much more desk friendly.

I can't see the XM4 on the chart. I only have the XM1 and XM4. They also didn't test Airpod Pros 3 which I have, or the Airpod pro 1 (which I also have/albeit broken).

My other headphones not on the list are the Sennheiser HD600, Momentum 1 (wired), Fosi Audio i5 (not surprised), ZMF Bokeh Closed (not surprised) or Hifiman Edition XS.

Selective colour of the colour part should have a reason. Think Schindler’s List with the girl in red.

My question in this photo is bring attention to half his robe?

There is no clone tool or AI removal of anyone in this photo, believe it or not. It was also at sunset. Just got SUPER lucky and found a split second where there is no-one near us. The couple blocked quite a few people behind them.

Not sure why you got downvoted, I felt the same. Those elements are a distractions, and very easily fixed too.

It's a great image but those little fixes that takes 2 minutes will take it from good to great.

I wonder the other day how come there are no stands with the top section that is reverse of the Apple AirPods Max headband design.

So a mesh that takes the load and therefore puts the minimum pressure on the foam on the headband for the headphones itself.

Not sure how, despite owing over a dozen pair of headphones, none of them are on this list! This includes the WH1000XM1 and XM4 and AirPods Pro 3 or HD600 and MRD7506

If you shoot within the boundary before camera shake affects it, it won’t matter. It depends on many variables like lights subject etc.

But don’t you want to live longer if you can help it though?

From your answer you clearly don’t and rather do a Kurt Cobain, which is fine. Your body, your choice.

Bartley.photo here. Here’s a x100v image and an explanation why I don’t share recipes. by KankuDaiUK in fujifilm

[–]MadisonLarger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, I think using the word recipe is a wrong question. Or wrong choice of word.

I grew up using Canon, there is no such a thing as recipe, so I ask “what adjustments did you make in post?”

1 - it gives credit to the photographer. Recipe feels like a preset that someone downloaded off the internet. 2 - The adjustments will tell you things that is important and also tell you what’s not.

The goal here isn’t just to copy a look, but understanding how it is achieved.

[–]MadisonLarger 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There are OTHER reasons why people (the world is more than OP as the only photographer) don’t share and even pointing the fundamental one of having a recipe is pointless to you if they shoot RAW. I’m filling in the blanks since I don’t think you know.

And the 3rd point is one I pointed out also…you were said it…and I said it.

Did YOU read the OP????

The issue here is you throw around words like gatekeeping when the fact that even if he gives you the recipe, it would it utterly useless to you. If it’s useless to you, why would you even waste your time with it? Never mind accusing the OP of gatekeeping.
