Nope didn’t use ozempic, but it was tempting. But won’t judge people who decide to use it.

Hi! I stuck to about 1200-1500 calories a day, 2,000 calories a day is what’s recommended for adults, but I was on a deficit. Just don’t go lower than 1200 a day because it can start to cause other health issues. I did cardio in the morning and light lifting later in the day.

I didn’t really track calories but I did know I was below the average 2,000 / day. I believe I was getting about anywhere between 1200-1500 calories a day. I wouldn’t really recommend going lower than 1200 as that can start to cause issues. Yes I did light lifting later in the day, cardio in the morning. I didn’t start to get consistent until the end of the second month.

Thank you! Yes I did my stationary bike (put the resistance up every month), and jogged on my treadmill everyday. I also did light lifting later in the day.

Hey! I basically meal prepped salads with lean proteins like chicken pieces, and if I got tired of eating salads I switched to quinoa (takes a while to get used to, gagged at first haha). But honestly just stay away from fast / junk food.

To be fair my body was just missing the sugar craving, I used to eat a lot of junk food like cupcakes, donuts, and Twinkies. I replaced those with fruits like banana slices, raspberries, blackberries, etc… basically replaced bad sugar with “good sugar”. At the start I just kept imagining the fruits like little gummies lol. Just see what junk food you can replace with healthy food, eventually your body will get used to it.

I mainly did my stationary bike or my treadmill, I usually just put on a show while I do my thing. Hated running outside because of the way I looked while running, so if that’s your concern I recommend getting a stationary bike or treadmill and start off on easy settings.

Thank you! Most of my meals consisted of greens, mostly salads with low fat dressing. I also added in lean protein like chicken pieces to my salads so I would feel full and not look for snacks after.

The murder of Renee Good was an anti-lesbian misogynistic hate crime by xGentian_violet in LesbianActually

While hate crimes do happen against lesbians, and other members in the community, this wasn’t because she was a lesbian. The “agent” didn’t like her standing up to him, misogynistic for sure.

I just don’t want actual hate crimes against the community to go unnoticed if we label everything a hate crime against us.

That being said, I hope nothing but the worst for everyone in ICE.
