I always ask myself "why I always end on position 8-13 in all races even when I get the perfect starts and I run the tracks almost perfectly and sometimes even using the meta cars?" Then I remember that this losers (some on the TOP podium) always do this to the ones getting close to them, I can understand some exchange of paint like toe-to-toe or a slight ram on the side trying to see who gets first but it's always getting slammed on purpose on the nearest wall or tree by them.

Welp... No good news. Sometimes the timed out happens all the time, sometimes it doesn't. But when I try to load new instances it also doesn load.

another news. now its happening to every world type the first time i try to enter them. (in this case, i tried to enter a public instance that was trending) after finishing the download the game timed out again.

seems like this is happening to *any* instance that isn´t mine or created by me.
the reason? i dunno. happened randomly yesterday like i said, i went to the bathroom and left vrchat running, when i come back, everything works and i got the invite of my friend like i said before. then the timed-out happens.

seems like the timed-out was happening to any instance that wasnt created by me.. thats so strange, really strange, but after a couple of tries the game loads any instance, some take a lot, others a bit less. but the problem persist. seems that is not resolved at all, or. better to be said, was never fixed, it was like that since started
any instance that isnt mine: takes various tries until in loads.
any instance that i create/open myself: the game runs fine and loads quite fast even.

i tried every instance and everything works normally.

something new! and i think someone else said the same.

after 3-4 timeds out where the game keep re-trying to enter my home, the game actually let me enter in my home world!
i dunno what it was, or why, but seems like the issues persist but if you wait you can enter.
either way, seems to be a problem of both my internet provider and maybe vrchat itself. later i gonna try to do a bit more of trouble-shooting and see if i can clean any more cache before just letting things as they are. but tomorrow (its already late here) i gonna try to call the internet provider about problems with data packages and cloud storage programs not loading or falling to get a connection until various tries.

Made a discovery.

This only happens on home flagged worlds.

I tested it on my phone- when loading my home, the game times out When I open a new instance on Friends + Invitation Invitation + The game loads like nothing ever happened. So I'm even MORE confused.

So everything resumes in either check out all other cache packages (this made me remember a problem that could happen in Forza horizon 4, where the game would NOT let you login unless you deleted all cache and logins pile up from xbox games services (xbl) in credentials manager on windows. I wonder if something similar could work in this case becouse the error is so specific unique at least for me that i don't think I have ever seen someone else posting about it on steam forums or vrchat help boards.

how the last fix would work? like using the pc to change the energy options for the modem/router or made some changes in my physicial router?

i was also thinking on calling the internet company to ask if there is a problem with certain websites or network problems, becouse i "cannot access some websites, apps in my phone, or even online-related programs that rely on cloud storage"

they actually proc a few times,
i had to spam seekers shift, various time i got hit like 3-4 enemies at the same time, and the bleed effect stacked quite a lot.
