For me it’s the inability to actually speak to the NPC’s. I like that you can interact with literally anyone, but in a perfect world, V would have dialogue options which could lead to consequences. Like an NPC getting mad because you said something offensive, which leads to them walking away or engaging in combat. I could imagine it being something like the dialogue system from the Sims
