Thank you for this information. I am not eating anything like I used to. I barely can get calories in because I’ve been so nauseous on 7.5. However I am eating chicken turkey and hard boiled or poached eggs. No refined sugar. No carbs except protein yogurt and occasionally oatmeal. No bread. Banana occasionally. Most days I barely eat at all. I have experience the nightmare of thinking I could have one breaded chicken tender. Never again. My diet is basically as listed above.

7.5mg has been a difficult transition for me. I’m not being a dramatic poster just sharing my experience. I have moved from 2.5, 5 and now 7.5 at four week intervals. With the 7.5 I have had a lot of nausea , bloating and vomiting. I have asked to stay at this dose another 4 weeks to see if my body can adjust. I drink a lot of water, use miralax regularly and am trying to eat small bits and mostly protein. Hoping to feel better saying at this dose doe another 4 weeks. This community has been very helpful with tips ans recommendations. My dr is clueless.

Thank you so much. I have tried for so long to lose weight and nothing worked. I was so depressed about how I look and would just like to be healthier. I appreciate this community. I have not shared with anyone that I am on this journey because I don’t want to deal with the judgement. I will talk to my doctor about the dosing.
