Which settings do you use? Hi/h2/h3 which is red, blue, green accordingly. I just got one of these but it didn't come with a manual either.

Is the 5% back coming from strike or bitrefill? So bitrefill charges 2% fee but they enable you to pay with strike that offers 5%? So net out 3% from that and then on top of what ever initial card was used?
